Your order and credit card details are transmitted to us in encrypted form using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). All personal information is handled confidentially. We do not store your credit card information.
Shipping
Stonewalker ships to all of the United States and internationally.
Returns
In order to receive a refund the merchandise must be unused, tags must be attached, and the return must be started within 30 days of delivery date. The return must be accompanied by a receipt. The items must not be worn. Final sale and customized items are not eligible for a refund or credit. There will be a $9.95 charge for shipping which will be deducted from the refund. It will take up to 14 business days to process the return and allow up to 5 days for the credit to appear on your statement. Once the process of your return is completed you will receive a notification by email.
Cancellations / Changes
To cancel an order after it has been submitted, please contact us immediately either by calling or emailing us.
A customer service representative will be able to cancel your order and offer a full refund if the item has not been processed. If the order has been processed, please follow the return instructions once you receive delivery of the package.
