Policy

Stonewalker’s policy is to refund merchandise that is an unused condition, returned in original form, and within 30 days of delivery date. The tags must be on clothes and clothes must be unworn. Items such as final sale and customized items are nonreturnable. The return must be accompanied by a receipt.

Return Processing Fee

Items returned will incur a $9.95 shipping fee which will be deduced from the refund amount.

Credit

It can take 7 to 14 business days to process a return.

Allow 3 to 5 days for credit to appear on your statement.

Once returned is processed you will receive an email notification.
